    We pull permits, coordinate inspections, and stage the site before the first demo day.

    Daily supervision, weekly owner updates, and a clean, quiet, respectful jobsite.

    Walk-Through & Warranty

    Final punch list, formal handoff, and a written workmanship warranty.

Yes. We pull all required building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits, and we coordinate every required inspection directly with your city or county.
After a free on-site walkthrough, you receive a line-item written estimate — quantities, allowances, schedule, and payment milestones. No vague lump sums, no surprise change orders.
Bathrooms run 3–5 weeks. Kitchens 6–10 weeks. ADUs 3–5 months. Custom homes 8–14 months. Each project ships with a detailed schedule and committed milestones.
Every VARCON project includes a written workmanship warranty. We stand behind our work long after the final walkthrough.
